UT Remembers
An annual day of remembrance honoring members of The University of Texas at Austin community who died in the previous year.
Due to inclement weather forecast for April 26, the UT Remembers Ceremony will now be held in the Shirley Bird Perry Ballroom in the Texas Union (UNB) at 11:00 a.m.
Please note that the Hospitality Suite, which opens at 8:30 a.m. and the Informational Grief Session, from 9:00-10:00 a.m., will still be held in Room 212 of the Main Building: 110 Inner Campus Drive. Complimentary parking will still be provided in San Antonio Garage (SAG).
University Events & Experience staff will guide guests from San Antonio Garage to the Main Building and from the Main Building to the Texas Union. Please see the map below for walking directions from San Antonio Garage.

UT Remembers honors the members of our community who have passed away in the last year. This tradition is an in-memoriam recognition of their lives, and provides a time to remember those whom we have lost and honors the impact they had on the larger university community. The 2024 ceremony will take place on Friday, April 26.
"So long as we live, they too shall live, for they are now a part of us as we remember them."
